Kerala Property Care provides property care and management services for NRIs, including:

• Complete property management services
• NRI parents care services
• Tenant management and rental collection
• Property inspection and reporting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

4. Service Booking and Payments

4.1 Booking Process

• Service requests can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
• We will confirm service availability and provide a quote
• Services are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to decline any service request

4.2 Pricing and Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Payment must be made in full before service delivery
• We accept payments via NRE/NRO transfers, credit/debit cards, UPI, and Google Pay
• All payments are non-refundable except as provided in our refund policy

4.3 Refund Policy

• If we fail to deliver a service as agreed, you may request a full refund
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• No refunds for services already rendered or partially completed
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation by User: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule a service up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.
• Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements.
